While we drive 3% of global digital transaction volume for over 100+ clients, we aim to increase our market share by 5x in the next five years through innovation and industry‑first initiatives.

What will you do

The ideal candidate will ensure uptime and stability of production (PROD) applications and infrastructure. The engineer will provide Level 1 (L1) support, proactively detect issues, escape incidents, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to maintain seamless operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor production applications and cloud infrastructure using Grafana dashboards.
• Handle real‑time alerts, identify anomalies, and follow NOC SOPs.
• Perform L1 incident analysis, assess severity and escape to relevant teams.
• Monitor banking/fintech transaction systems to ensure uptime and SLA compliance.
• Log incidents, alerts, and shift activities in ticketing tools.
• Coordinate with DevOps, SRE, application, database, and cloud teams.
• Conduct post‑incident monitoring and confirm system stability.
• Maintain shift handover documentation and daily monitoring reports.
• Adhere to security, compliance and operational standards.

What are we looking for

• Basic understanding of production environments (PROD).
• Hands‑on or academic exposure to Grafana.
• Fundamentals of Linux/Unix system monitoring.
• Understanding of application and infrastructure metrics.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Willingness to work night shifts and 24x7 operations.
• Exposure to Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch would be an add‑on.
• Good to have: Knowledge of incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and awareness of ITIL, NOC, SRE concepts.
• Good communication skills for effective incident reporting and escalation.
• Self‑directed, proactive and motivated to build a career in production support, cloud operations and site reliability.
• Education – Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, B.Tech/M.Tech) or any equivalent degree/course.
• Experience – 0-1 year
• Industry – IT/Software/BFSI/Banking/Fintech
• Work arrangement – Hybrid, Rotational Shifts / 24x7 NOC operations
• Location – Noida
