Job summary

Manek Consulting in Navi Mumbai invites an experienced L1 Application Support Engineer with 3–4 years of Banking/BFSI application support to join our team. You will provide production and application support, monitor systems, and handle incidents.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure timely resolution per SLA, and work closely with IT teams to maintain service quality in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Banking/BFSI application support.
• Experience in production/application support and incident management.
• Proficient in SQL and application monitoring.
• Familiar with banking applications.
