CIEL HR is seeking a seasoned Key Account Officer for FMCG/OTC Modern Trade in Mumbai. The role focuses on onboarding, managing, and growing major retail accounts through field visits and strategic sales initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Modern Trade, own vehicle with a driving licence, and willingness to travel across Mumbai to achieve onboarding and sales targets. The position is based in Mumbai and requires robust relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Modern Trade experience in FMCG/OTC.
• From Modern Trade only; General Trade candidates will not be considered.
• Own vehicle with a valid Driving Licence.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai.

CTC: 4 LPA – 8 LPA

Gender: Male Only

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Officer with strong exposure to Modern Trade in the FMCG/OTC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new big retail stores / modern trade outlets through field visits
• Develop and maintain relationships with key retail accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales
• Handle end-to-end field activities across Mumbai as per business requirements
• Achieve onboarding and sales targets through effective market visits

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Modern Trade experience in FMCG/OTC
• Candidates must be from Modern Trade only
• General Trade candidates will not be considered
• Candidates from other industries will not be considered
• Own vehicle & valid Driving Licence mandatory
• Excellent communication & convincing/negotiation skills
• Comfortable with extensive travel across Mumbai
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
