Job summary

NoBroker is seeking a Key Account Manager- Home Loan Sales Specialist in Bangalore to drive sourcing leads from builders and projects, and to engage home buyers to consider Home Loans through NB.

You will build relationships with builders, coordinate with banking partners, and ensure documentation and data collection for loan processing, following NB processes. The role requires channel sales experience, startup mindset, and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing business through partnerships.
• Sales experience in channel/B2B/B2C contexts.
• Track record in selling via partnerships to their customers.
• Experience across B2B and B2C environments.
• Prior work in startups or sales-driven firms.
• Direct sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with assigned builders and project loan teams.
• Source home loan leads from builders/projects.
• Interact with home buyers and leads from builders to promote NB Home Loans.
• Document prospects and file details to banks best suited for them.
• Collect information from builders/projects and maintain records.
• Adhere to NB home loan processes and best practices.
• Coordinate with backend, banking partners and internal stakeholders.

Communication is the key as need to communicate regularly on requirements and process with internal and external stakeholders.
