Job summary

NoBroker is seeking a Key Account Manager- Home Loan Sales specialist in Bangalore to drive partnerships and source loan leads from builders and projects.

You will engage with home buyers, pitch NB Home Loans, coordinate with banking partners, and ensure proper documentation and logging of prospects in banks' systems. Strong relationship building and sales coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing business through partnerships.
• Sales experience in channel sales/B2B/B2C.
• Track record in selling products through partnerships and to their consumers.
• Industry - Any industry focused on B2B and B2C sales.
• Worked in start-up or extensively sales oriented organization.
• Experience in Direct sales is good to have.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with assigned builders, projects' sales and loan teams.
• Source Home Loan leads from assigned builders/projects.
• Interact with home buyers to persuade them to choose NB Home Loans.
• Document interested prospects and log data with banks.
• Collect key information from assigned builders/projects.
• Adhere to NB Home Loan best practices and processes.
• Coordinate sales with backend, banking partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across backend, banking partners, and internal teams.
