Responsibilities

• Manage key client accounts and serve as the primary contact for requirements, queries and escalations.
• Coordinate withRecruitment and Operations teams to fulfill staffing needs and deployments.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders through regular meetings and business reviews.
• Monitor SLA/KPIs, manpower deployment, attrition, and service quality for accounts.
• Drive resolution of operational, payroll, compliance and employee issues with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling and increased manpower requirements.
• Lead commercial discussions, rate negotiations, renewals, invoicing and payments follow-ups.
• Prepare account MIS and provide updates to clients and senior management.
• Proactively identify risks and work on retention and long-term account health.

Designation - Assistant Manager - Key Account Management/ Client Servicing

Location - Gurgaon, Haryana/ Mumbai

Role Overview: Responsible for managing key client accounts, building strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless staffing service delivery, and driving client retention and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage key client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for client requirements, queries and escalations.
2. Understand workforce requirements and coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for timely fulfilment and deployment.
3. Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders through regular meetings, reviews and business discussions.
4. Monitor account performance, SLA/KPIs, manpower deployment, attrition and service quality.
5. Drive resolution of operational, payroll, compliance and employee-related issues in coordination with internal teams.
6. Identify opportunities for account expansion, new business, cross-selling and increased manpower requirements.
7. Handle commercial discussions, rate negotiations, agreement renewals, invoicing and payment follow-ups.
8. Prepare account MIS and performance reports and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
9. Proactively identify account risks, improve service quality and ensure long-term client retention.
