Job summary

Diverse Lynx in Noida is seeking an experienced Account Manager for domestic IT staffing. You will manage enterprise client relationships, serve as the primary liaison between clients, recruitment teams, and internal stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery of staffing requirements.

• 5-10 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing and Account Management.
• Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and multiple client stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of staffing lifecycle, resource planning, and recruitment operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities
