Job summary

Net Connect in Gurugram is seeking a proactive BSM HR Delivery professional to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery and act as the SPOC for clients. The role focuses on gathering requirements, coordinating with recruitment teams, and delivering on hiring timelines.

You will drive delivery against SLAs and build strong client relationships while overseeing multiple accounts and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment delivery, client coordination, staffing or account management.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate client expectations into recruitment plans.
• Experience in interview coordination, feedback follow-ups, and recruitment pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SPOC for clients and manage day-to-day communication, updates, and escalations.
• Gather and validate client hiring requirements, including job descriptions, skills, experience, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely sourcing and submission of qualified candidates.
• Follow up with clients and candidates on interview schedules, feedback, and offer progress.
• Monitor recruitment delivery metrics, open positions, submissions, interviews, closures, and joining status.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, client databases, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Drive delivery performance against SLAs, TATs, and hiring targets.
• Conduct regular client review meetings and provide updates on hiring progress.

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused BSM HR Delivery professional to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients, and drive account performance. The role involves understanding client hiring requirements, coordinating with recruitment teams, tracking interview progress, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring timely delivery against client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SPOC for clients and manage day-to-day communication, updates, and escalations.
• Gather, understand, and validate client hiring requirements, including job descriptions, skills, experience, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely sourcing and submission of qualified candidates.
• Follow up with clients and candidates on interview schedules, feedback, selection status, and offer progress.
• Monitor recruitment delivery metrics, open positions, submissions, interviews, closures, and joining status.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, client databases, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Drive delivery performance against agreed SLAs, TATs, and hiring targets.
• Conduct regular client review meetings and provide updates on hiring progress, challenges, and action plans.
• Build strong client relationships and act as the key account manager for assigned client accounts.
• Identify delivery gaps, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to prioritize requirements and improve turnaround time.
• Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and confidentiality of client and candidate information.
