Job summary

Nexus Manpower Solutions is seeking a freight forwarding professional to own client relationships and ensure service levels across shipments.

You will collaborate with dispatch, warehouse and pricing teams to drive satisfaction, growth, and daily performance, while managing contracts and cross-sell opportunities in FTL, LCL, and air/ocean lanes.

Qualifications

• Act as primary contact to resolve service issues and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling, adding freight lanes (FTL/LCL/air-ocean).
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse and pricing teams to meet SLAs.
• Manage client relationships, contracts and daily supply chain performance.
