Amor Management Consultants seeks a dynamic sales professional with 2-6 years in B2B and fleet sales to engage commercial vehicle fleets. The role targets fleet owners and managers, driving new business with a hunter approach while managing negotiations and targets.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years experience in B2B / fleet sales.
• Experience with commercial vehicle fleets of 20+ vehicles (100+ preferred).
• Proven ability to acquire new customers (hunter mindset).
• Familiar with engaging fleet owners, fleet managers, and transporters.
• Willingness for extensive field travel.
• Sales ownership, target orientation, and negotiation skills.
• Exposure to tyres, retread, lubricants, or CV aftermarket is a plus.
