Job summary

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in Mumbai invites dynamic professionals to join our Training & Development team as trainers for sales staff. You will design monthly training plans, conduct programs across channels, and track effectiveness while traveling across geographies.

You will lead engaging training sessions, develop content, and collaborate with leaders to optimize performance across distribution networks. This role offers growth within a fast paced life insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have proven experience in delivering sales training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and local language.
• Knowledge of life insurance products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan monthly training needs as per business requirements.
• Announce training schedules weekly/monthly with senior leadership.
• Conduct sales training programs for distribution channels.
• Deliver sessions to drive KPIs like advisor training and campaigns.
• Lead training on sales pitches, opening/closing calls, and objection handling.
• Introduce frontline staff to technology platforms and drive adoption.
• Track training effectiveness and publish analytics to business heads.
• Travel across geography as required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Comfortable presenting to large groups.
• Knowledge of insurance and financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan monthly training needs as per the business requirement of theassigned channel/geography
• Announce training schedules weekly/monthly in conjunction with Top City/ Growth Market head
• Conduct sales training programs for the various distribution channels
• Conduct training sessions to drive various KPIs of assigned channel;e.g. new advisor training (Safalya), activation, productivity, specified person(SP) certification, campaign based training etc.
• Drive training program on various sales pitches, opening & closingof sales call and objection handling
• Introduce the frontline sales employees various technology platform anddrive adoption through various initiatives
• Track training effectiveness and progress in business performance andpublish analytics and reports to business heads
• Travel as per training requirements across geography
• Should know MS Office (Excel, Power point and Word)
• Comfortable in dealing with and presenting to large groups of people
• Knowledge of insurance & financial products
