Job summary

Staffington Global is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Hyderabad. You will handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles, sourcing candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, portals, and internal databases.

You’ll screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews while partnering with clients to meet hiring timelines. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in TA, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requirements with ownership.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Staffing, or Executive Search.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills with clients and candidates.
• Ability to understand requirements quickly and identify relevant profiles.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-junior level positions across various functions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and deliver relevant talent.
• Manage recruitment requirements across IT and selected Non-IT clients.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, communication, location, and other job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interactions and assess suitability for various positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming requirements.
• Negotiate and coordinate salary discussions, offer processes, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Work towards achieving recruitment targets and closing positions within defined timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Staffing, or Executive Search.
• Graduate or Postgraduate qualification; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
