BFSI Sector Skill Council of India is seeking a Junior Relationship Officer to drive field sales for Micro LAP and Micro Business Loans. The role focuses on generating leads, visiting customers, and building lasting relationships in the local market.

The candidate should have 1 year of field sales experience or be a fresher willing to work in field sales, with a valid two-wheeler for on-site visits and a graduate degree. Local market knowledge is preferred.

• Conduct field visits and develop business through the local market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
• Collect and verify required customer documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned monthly business targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience preferred.
• Freshers: Candidates interested in field sales are also eligible.
• Education: Any Graduate.
• PUC: Experienced PUC candidates can also be considered.
• Local Candidates: Preferred, with good knowledge of the local market.
• Two-Wheeler: Mandatory.
• Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
