Job summary

RAD Resources, a 4 Star hotel group, seeks a Junior Purchase Executive (Food & Beverage) to support purchasing for hotel operations in Hyderabad, Warangal, and Bengaluru. The role focuses on coordinating vendors, obtaining quotes, and managing POs to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage supplies.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of F&B purchasing and procurement.
• Experience in hotels/restaurants or hospitality procurement preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and computer skills.
• Familiar with purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and stock records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors for vegetables, fruits, groceries, dairy products, meat, seafood, beverages, and other F&B supplies.
• Collect quotations from approved vendors and compare prices, quality, and availability.
• Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and purchase records.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with F&B, Kitchen, Stores, and Accounts teams regarding purchase requirements.
• Check quantities, rates, quality, and specifications of items received in coordination with the Stores team.
• Maintain proper documentation of purchases, invoices, quotations, and vendor details.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and reorder requirements.
• Ensure purchases are made within approved rates and company procedures.
• Support the Purchase Manager in vendor coordination, price negotiations, and routine procurement activities.
