Job summary

W Beyond in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Purchase Executive to handle end-to-end procurement in the Hotels / Resorts / Hospitality sector. The role requires hands-on purchasing, vendor management, quotation evaluation, and cost control across F&B, housekeeping, engineering and guest amenities.

Ideal candidates will have 3–7 years of hospitality purchasing experience, strong MS Excel and ERP system knowledge, and excellent vendor coordination and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Important Points

• ONLY candidates with relevant Hotel / Resort / Hospitality Purchase or Procurement experience will be considered.
• Candidates from Manufacturing, Pharma, Construction, Infrastructure, Automotive, IT or other non-hospitality industries will NOT be considered.
• Candidates with only general procurement experience and no relevant hospitality experience should NOT apply.
• Relevant experience in Hotels, Resorts, Hospitality, F&B, Catering or Contract Food Services will be considered.

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end purchasing activities, vendor management, quotation evaluation, negotiation, purchase orders, inventory coordination and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new vendors based on business requirements.
• Source quotations and prepare comparative statements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and other commercial terms with vendors.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Manage procurement of F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, Guest Amenities and General Hotel Supplies.
• Coordinate with Stores and concerned departments for material requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor documents and related reports.
• Support cost control and achieve procurement savings.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Mandatory Requirements

• 3- 7 years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience.
• Hotel / Resort / Hospitality industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Vendor Management, Negotiation, Quotations, Comparative Statements and PO Processing.
• Good understanding of hotel procurement and material requirements.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Purchase systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Hyderabad candidates preferred.
