Job summary

RAD Resources in Hyderabad is seeking a Junior Purchase Executive- Food & Beverage to assist in purchasing F&B items for a 4 Star Hotel. The role involves vendor coordination, obtaining quotations, and maintaining purchase records for daily operations.

Immediate joiners are preferred. Salary is monthly and includes PF with food and accommodation facilities as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of F&B purchasing and procurement required.
• Hotel, restaurant, catering or hospitality procurement experience preferred.
• Good MS Excel and computer skills.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, quotations, invoices and stock records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors for vegetables, fruits, groceries, dairy products, meat, seafood, beverages and other F&B supplies.
• Collect quotations from approved vendors and compare prices, quality and availability.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders and purchase records.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with F&B, Kitchen, Stores and Accounts teams regarding purchase requirements.
• Check quantities, rates, quality and specifications of items received with Stores team.
• Maintain documentation of purchases, invoices, quotations and vendor details.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and reorder requirements.
• Ensure purchases are made within approved rates and company procedures.
• Support Purchase Manager in vendor coordination, price negotiations and routine procurement activities.

Greetings from RAD Resources. The 4 Star Hotel is looking for a Junior Purchase Executive- Food & Beverage (Positions: 10) who is responsible to assist in purchasing food and beverage items as per hotel requirements.

Salary: 18-20,000/month

Location: Hyderabad, Warangal, Bengaluru

Facilities Provided: PF, Food and Accommodation

Timings: 10:00AM to 7:00PM

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors for vegetables, fruits, groceries, dairy products, meat, seafood, beverages, and other F&B supplies.
• Collect quotations from approved vendors and compare prices, quality, and availability.
• Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and purchase records.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with the F&B, Kitchen, Stores, and Accounts teams regarding purchase requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation of purchases, invoices, quotations, and vendor details.

Skills Required:

• Any Graduate
