Job summary

Codilar Digital Pte Ltd in Calicut, India, is seeking a Junior IT Recruiter to join our internal hiring team. You will source candidates for IT roles, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

You will maintain candidate records, support offer discussions and onboarding under guidance from senior recruiters, and help build a strong pipeline for current and future IT openings.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IT roles, technology stacks, and common job titles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and online sourcing tools.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Professional, empathetic, and respectful approach to candidates.
