VE3 is looking for a passionate and motivated Junior IT Recruiter to join our HR team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of IT recruitment experience and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to support our growing team.

You will source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and networking, craft effective job postings, and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the recruitment database.
