Job summary

HR Path Group is seeking a Junior Infrastructure Support Coordinator in Bengaluru, India. The candidate will bridge support requests with senior infrastructure engineers and focus on coordination, basic task execution, and operational follow-up.

Key duties include routing incidents, basic infrastructure tasks (VMware), Linux/Windows server admin, Nagios monitoring, and Level 2 support for standard issues. Familiarity with Tenable and Fortinet checks is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure
• Experience coordinating between support teams and infrastructure engineers
• Hands-on with basic infrastructure tasks and monitoring tools

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact between support teams and infrastructure engineers
• Route and track support requests and incidents
• Perform basic infrastructure tasks: VM creation and management (VMware)
• Basic admin on Linux & Windows servers
• Monitor systems with Nagios and escalate alerts
• Provide Level 2 support for standard issues
• Execute routine operations: patch management and updates
• Basic vulnerability remediation (Tenable)
• Assist with Fortinet firewall checks
• Maintain documentation and procedures
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server (2019/2022/2025) and MySQL/SQL Server
