We are looking for an Infrastructure administrator to join our team in India. The successful candidate will provide technical support to end-users, ensuring efficient resolution of desktop-related issues. Responsibilities

• Respond to JIRA help desk tickets and provide timely technical support to end-users in person, Teams, or via remote tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, Developer Tools).
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and patches.
• Set up and deploy new laptops/desktops, ensuring proper hardware and software installation.
• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights via Active Directory.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets, including tracking and disposal.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience of Desktop/Network support with strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills.
