Job summary
DCyber TechLab Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer to oversee client IT environments from Windows Server to cloud basics. You will ensure uptime, security, and performance while handling L2/L3 support and cross-functional collaboration.
The role covers Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and network security. Mumbai office with 4–5 years’ experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, endpoint management, networking, cloud platforms, and security solutions.
- Ability to manage and support client IT infrastructure with focus on availability, performance, security, and stability.
- Proven experience in L2/L3 support and troubleshooting across on-premises and cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Windows Server environments.
- Monitor server health, performance, and availability.
- Perform server patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Support storage and backup infrastructure.
- Administer Active Directory, GPO, DNS and DHCP.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
- Provide L2/L3 support for desktops, laptops, and end users.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and VPN issues.
- Manage firewall configurations and security monitoring.
- Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for issue resolution.
- Monitor AWS and Azure basic resources and access control.
- Conduct backup monitoring and DR readiness.

- Support firewall administration (Fortinet, SonicWall, Palo Alto, etc.).
- Monitor security alerts and coordinate remediation activities.
- Support vulnerability management and patch compliance.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and SOPs.
