Job summary

Phensa Private Limited is seeking an experienced Junior Recruiter to join its HR team in Kerala. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore, and engineering services projects, sourcing candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels, and coordinating interviews with internal teams.

You will screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical recruitment.
• Mandatory experience in recruitment for Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore/ related engineering sectors.
• Experience hiring engineering professionals such as Structural, Piping, Naval Architecture, Marine, Offshore, and Design Engineers is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of technical job descriptions and engineering skill requirements.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience with ATS/Recruitment software is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates for technical and non-technical positions through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Recruit professionals for Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore, and Engineering Services projects.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and industry background.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
• Coordinate technical and management interviews with candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS
• Conduct salary discussions and support the offer and negotiation process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for specialized engineering positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support employer branding and other recruitment-related activities.
