CodelogicX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a JuniorHR Executive to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The role is contractual, with potential to transition to a permanent position based on business needs and management decision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment and IT HR operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate routine HR administrative activities.

RoleOverview

We are looking for a JuniorHR Executive who can support both recruitment and day-to-day HRoperations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized,people-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

This is purely a contractualposition, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role basedon business requirements, and management's decision.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & TalentAcquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activitiesfor assigned positions.
  
• Understand job requirements andcoordinate with hiring managers.
  
• Source candidates through job portals,professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initialcandidate interactions.
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews withcandidates and management.
  
• Maintain candidate databases andrecruitment trackers.
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout therecruitment process.
  
• Support offer rollout, documentation,and joining formalities.
  

HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records andHR documentation.
  
• Manage employee onboarding and inductionprocesses.
  
• Assist with attendance, leave, andemployee records.
  
• Coordinate routine HR administrativeactivities.
  
• Support preparation and maintenance ofHR reports and trackers.
  
• Assist in employee engagement andinternal HR initiatives.
  
• Coordinate with employees and managementon routine HR-related matters.
  
• Ensure proper documentation of HRprocesses and employee information.
  
• Provide general administrative supportto the HR function as required.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.
  
• 1–2 years of experience in core IT recruitmentand IT HR operations.
  
• Good communication and interpersonalskills.
  
• Strong organizational andtime-management abilities.
  
• Basic understanding of recruitment andHR processes.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office / GoogleWorkspace.
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality andhandle sensitive employee information.
  
• Proactive attitude with a willingness tolearn and take ownership of tasks.
  
• Ability to work independently as well ascollaboratively with the team.
