MALABAR GOLD & DIAMONDS is seeking a detail‑oriented Order Management Assistant to monitor daily order inflow, coordinate with the central team, and ensure accurate processing. The role includes BOM creation, validation of specs, and collaboration with PPC, CAD and production teams to resolve discrepancies.

The candidate should have a commerce or jewellery manufacturing background, strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and excellent analytical abilities to maintain precise order data

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor daily order inflow and release orders as per business requirements and production priorities.


• Coordinate with the central team for order receipt, clarification, and timely processing.


• Cross-verify order details received through emails against RAMS system records.


• Identify and resolve order quantity mismatches, missing orders, and duplicate entries.


• Create, verify, and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) for diamond jewellery designs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Commerce, Management, or Jewellery Manufacturing.

• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling order data.


• Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.


• Ability to manage multiple orders, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
