Kama Jewelry Private Limited in Goregaon - Mumbai is seeking an Executive – Production Tracking to monitor jewelry orders through manufacturing stages, maintain ERP records, and support on-time deliveries.

This role requires 2–5 years of experience in production tracking or planning, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent coordination across Production, Planning, Merchandising, QA, Stores, and Dispatch. Graduates in any discipline are welcome; diamond/gold jewelry experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; operations, production or supply chain preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in production tracking, coordination, or planning.
• Experience in diamond/gold jewellery manufacturing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track production orders through all manufacturing stages.
• Monitor WIP and identify ageing or delayed orders.
• Coordinate daily with Production, Planning, Merchandising, QA, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
• Update production status accurately in SAP/ERP.
• Prepare daily production, WIP, pending order, and delay reports.
• Escalate production delays, material shortages, and quality holds.
• Support production planning by providing real-time order status.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and MIS reports.

Job Title: Executive – Production Tracking

Department: Production

Role Purpose:
The Executive – Production Tracking will be responsible for monitoring and tracking jewelry orders throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring timely movement across production stages, maintaining accurate ERP records, identifying production bottlenecks, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support on-time customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track production orders through all manufacturing stages.
• Monitor WIP and identify ageing or delayed orders.
• Coordinate daily with Production, Planning, Merchandising, QA, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
• Update production status accurately in SAP/ERP.
• Prepare daily production, WIP, pending order, and delay reports.
• Escalate production delays, material shortages, and quality holds.
• Support production planning by providing real-time order status.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and MIS reports.
