Job summary

Caliber Organisation in Mumbai is seeking a Junior Events Executive to support the planning, coordination and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, conferences and brand activations.

You will assist from pre-event to post-event, coordinate with clients, vendors, venues and internal teams, manage on-site logistics and registrations, and help prepare post-event reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing events from pre-event to post-event
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues and internal teams
• Assist with event logistics, production and setup
• Prepare event checklists, schedules and requirement sheets
• Coordinate event materials, branding and manpower
• Support registration, guest management and hospitality
• Assist during venue setup, rehearsals and live events
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery
• Resolve on-ground operational issues
• Prepare post-event reports and documentation
• Travel to event venues as required
