Job summary

JITO in Indore is seeking an experienced Event Manager to plan, organize, and execute corporate events, investor meets, product launches, seminars, exhibitions, and employee engagement programs.

The role requires high organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage end-to-end event execution within timelines and budget, onsite at various venues across India. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Operations to deliver impactful experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate events from concept to completion.
• Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, agencies, and service providers.
• Handle venue booking, travel, accommodation, hospitality, and event logistics.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Operations teams for event planning.
• Ensure proper branding, stage setup, AV arrangements, and event quality.
• Manage registrations, guest lists, VIP hospitality, and attendee experience.
• Coordinate sponsorships, exhibitors, and event partners.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth event execution.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and monitor service quality.
• Prepare event timelines, checklists, and execution plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Track event expenses and submit budget reports.
• Prepare post-event reports, attendee feedback, and ROI analysis.
