Job summary

Nagarjuna Construction Company (NCC) is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Executive to prepare and verify RA bills based on actual site progress, perform quantity take-offs, and manage MBs and site records. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and the site team to certify bills and reconcile quantities on Water Supply or Irrigation projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify Running Account (RA) Bills based on actual site progress.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-off and prepare BOQs for civil works.
• Maintain and update Measurement Books (MBs) and site measurement records.
• Conduct joint measurements with clients/consultants for bill certification and approvals.
• Verify subcontractor bills and reconcile quantities against executed works.
• Coordinate with the site execution team for quantity verification, clarifications, and execution checks.
• Interact regularly with clients and consultants regarding billing, measurements, certifications, and clarifications.
• Monitor quantities executed at site and ensure proper documentation for billing purposes.
• Support the project team in quantity reconciliation, billing, and commercial documentation.
• Candidates must have relevant experience in Water Supply or Irrigation Projects (Water Supply, Lift Irrigation, Pipeline, WTP, Pump House, ESR/ELSR, Intake Well, STP, Sewerage).
