Responsibilities

• Receive and coordinate customer service requests and complaints.
• Coordinate with service engineers for visits, installations, breakdowns, and other service requirements.
• Communicate with customers regarding service schedules and updates.
• Track service calls and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, engineer visits, and service status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of service activities.
• Follow up with service engineers for pending service calls and updates.
• Prepare and maintain service-related MIS and reports as per company SOPs.
• Escalate unresolved customer issues to the senior/team member.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with customers and internal teams.
