You will manage the end-to-end service process from the initial service request to documented closure, coordinating with field technicians, stores, and accounts to ensure timely outcomes. Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination or after-sales support.
• Understanding of machinery, spare parts and service terminology.
• Clear Hindi and working English for emails and quotations.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and precise record-keeping.
• Willingness to coordinate with customers/technicians and work from Pune office.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Log customer complaints and service requests; track priority, ownership, next actions and closure.
• Coordinate technician visits, preventive maintenance, installation and deployment against the department's priorities.
• Collect machine details, technician observations, photographs and videos for technical assessment.
• Prepare service and spare parts quotations using approved inputs and prices; follow up on approvals and POs.
• Coordinate parts availability, dispatch, tracking/LR details and receipt with Stores; obtain payment-status updates from Accounts.
• Maintain machine-wise service histories and visit reports; share status updates and elevate delays or recurring issues.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Own the coordination from a customer's first service request to documented closure. This office-based role combines customer communication, technician scheduling, service quotations and spare parts follow-up. You will work closely with after-sales leadership, field technicians, Stores and Accounts.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Log customer complaints and service requests; track priority, ownership, next actions and closure.
• Coordinate technician visits, preventive maintenance, installation and deployment against the department's technical priorities.
• Collect machine details, technician observations, photographs and videos for technical assessment.
• Prepare service and spare parts quotations using approved technical inputs and prices; follow up on approvals and purchase orders.
• Coordinate parts availability, dispatch, tracking/LR details and receipt with Stores; obtain payment-status updates from Accounts.
• Maintain machine-wise service histories, visit reports and service portal records; share concise status updates and elevate delays or recurring issues.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Relevant experience in service coordination, after-sales support, maintenance coordination or equipment service operations.
• Practical understanding of machinery, spare parts and service terminology.
• Clear Hindi communication and working English for emails, quotations and documentation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, accurate record-keeping and disciplined follow-up.
• Ability to coordinate calmly with customers, technicians and internal teams, and work from our Pune office.
• Mechanical Engineering diploma preferred; graduates with relevant machinery service experience are welcome.

RELEVANT BACKGROUNDS

We welcome applicants from machinery manufacturers, equipment dealers, industrial maintenance teams, and engine or generator service businesses. Your current designation may be Service Coordinator, Service Executive, After-Sales Executive, Service Advisor or Maintenance Coordinator—the relevance of your machinery service work matters.

Experience with service quotations, spare parts dispatch, CRM/ERP or service portals is helpful. Marathi communication is an advantage.
