Job summary

MarknStamp in Nashik is seeking a driven Jr. Sales Engineer with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background to bridge engineering and sales, demonstrating how our machinery and services solve client challenges.

You will travel to meet clients, give product demos, prepare quotes and negotiate, build strong relationships, support after-sales needs, and help the team hit daily, weekly and monthly targets in a growing industrial market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years in industrial or technical sales (preferred).
• Willing to travel and meet clients in person.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via calls, visits and networking in your assigned area.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with regular follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and explain how our products can meet them.
• Prepare quotes, tenders and negotiations to close deals.
• Provide after-sales support and basic technical assistance.
• Maintain CRM records of leads and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote our brand.
• Give product demos and assist with technical discussions before sales.
• Work with engineers to customize products per client requirements.
• Track sales performance and market trends; share insights with management.
• Stay updated on all products and software; meet sales targets.

We are seeking a driven and technically sound Jr. Sales Engineer with a background in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering to join our growing team. As a Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between engineering and sales, demonstrating how our machinery and services can solve clients’ operational challenges. You’ll be expected to increase sales consistently and act as a key partner in achieving the company’s goals.

Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in industrial or technical sales (preferred)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, visits, and networking in your assigned area
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with regular follow-ups
• Understand customer needs and explain how our products can meet them
• Prepare and close deals through quotes, tenders, and negotiations
