AMG Turnkey Projects Llp in Pune seeks a Jr.Civil Billing Engineer to support construction billing, RA/final bills, and BOQ verification with precise measurements. You will prepare quantity take-offs from drawings, maintain measurement sheets, and coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure timely and accurate billing.

Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is preferred, along with understanding RCC, brickwork, plastering and finishing works to support cost estimation and project

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.
• 2–5 years of experience in civil billing and site measurement.
• Male candidates preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare client RA bills and final bills based on actual site measurements.
• Verify subcontractor bills against BOQ quantities and site work.
• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Maintain measurement sheets, BOQ records, and billing docs.
• Check quantities of concrete, steel, masonry, plastering, and finishing.
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for verification.
• Track executed quantities and prepare monthly billing statements.
• Assist in rate analysis, variation claims, reconciliation of quantities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of bills.
