Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to end users and ensure the smooth functioning of desktop computers, laptops, software applications, printers, and other IT devices across our branch offices in Delhi & NCR.

The candidate should have hands‑on experience in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Microsoft 365, basic networking, hardware troubleshooting, antivirus management, and IT asset management.

The candidate will be responsible for resolving day-to-day IT issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, providing remote and onsite support, and ensuring timely resolution of technical incidents.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 23 years of experience in desktop support, IT helpdesk, or end‑user technical support is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in Windows desktop administration and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Experience providing onsite support at multiple office locations will be an advantage.
• Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.
