Qualifications

• Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS basics.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM/MECM, or endpoint management tools.
• Hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
• Experience with remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2/L3 desktop support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies through Active Directory.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Perform software installation, upgrades, patch management, and system imaging.
• Configure and maintain endpoint management tools such as Intune, SCCM/MECM, or similar solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, network, and application issues.
• Support VPN connectivity and remote access solutions.
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation of IT support activities.
• Ensure endpoint security through antivirus management and security updates.
• Coordinate with network, server, and security teams for issue resolution.
• Provide technical assistance during onboarding and offboarding activities.
