Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect to own the design and architecture of the ITOM solution, ensuring scalability and business alignment. You will lead assessment workshops and define architecture for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB.

You will also create high-level and detailed design documents for integrations and dashboards while providing governance and best practices across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform and ITOM experience.
• Expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB design.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and application dependencies.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM preferred.

Responsibilities
