Job summary

Safran Digit is seeking an experienced ITOM/CMDB Admin to join our Hyderabad/Mumbai team. The role requires strong CMDB, ITOM, and discovery pattern skills with exposure to cloud platforms and CSDM.

Responsibilities include implementing ITOM solutions, creating discovery patterns, and troubleshooting ITOM issues while leveraging Service Mapping & Discovery capabilities. Discovery Certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Discovery Certification is mandatory.
• Strong experience of configuration management (CMDB), methods, and processes.
• Experience with CMDB imports and transforms.
• Experience with ITOM discovery and service mapping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain discovery patterns based on requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM-related issues.
• Assist in implementing new ITOM solutions and enhancements.
• Work with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Apply CSDM data model concepts and manage CSDM in the environment.

Job Description:

Strong experience of configuration management (CMDB), Methods, and Processes.

Strong Knowledge on Import sets and Transform Maps.

Assist in the implementation of new ITOM solutions and enhancements.

Develop and maintain discovery patterns:

Create or customize the discovery patterns based on the requirement.

Knowledge on Service Graph connector

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues:

Identify and resolve technical issues related to ITOM modules.

Cloud or virtualization experience:

Experience working with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure or google cloud

CSDM knowledge and experience:

In depth knowledge of CSDM data model with experience implementing and managing CSDM in our environment.

Experience on Service Mapping & Discovery.
