Job summary

2coms in Mumbai is seeking an experienced IT Support & Systems Coordinator to manage ERP systems, IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and CCTV surveillance in a manufacturing environment.

You will support end users, coordinate with ERP vendors, ensure system uptime, and drive ERP implementation and adoption across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE, ECE or related field.
• 3+ years in ERP support/ERP implementation or IT administration.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Hands-on CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, Odoo, ERPNext or Tally Prime.
• Strong Windows Admin, Active Directory, hardware, networking, and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and backups.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERP implementation, support, testing, training and user adoption.
• Provide first-level ERP troubleshooting and user support.
• Manage IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and software applications.
• Administer LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and surveillance infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, ERP, and network-related issues.
• Manage data backup, recovery, antivirus, endpoint security, and access controls.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, SOPs, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors, hardware suppliers, and service providers.

• Strong understanding of Windows Administration, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity.
  
• Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and backup solutions.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
