Job summary

2coms is seeking an experienced IT Support & Systems Coordinator to manage ERP systems, IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and CCTV surveillance in a manufacturing setting.

You will support end users, coordinate with vendors, ensure system uptime, and drive ERP implementation across departments. 3+ years in ERP support or IT administration in manufacturing is preferred. This role is based in Kolkata, India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of ERP support or IT administration experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environments preferred.
• Hands-on CCTV installation and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle ERP, Odoo, ERPNext or Tally Prime.
• Strong Windows Administration, Active Directory, networking and cybersecurity skills.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPNs and backup solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERP implementation, support, testing, training and user adoption.
• Provide first-level ERP troubleshooting and end-user support.
• Manage IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, servers and software.
• Administer LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls and network security.
• Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems and surveillance infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, ERP and network issues.
• Manage data backup, recovery, antivirus, endpoint security and access controls.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, SOPs and performance reports.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors, hardware suppliers and service providers.

• Strong understanding of Windows Administration, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
