Job summary

2coms is seeking an experienced IT Support & Systems Coordinator to manage ERP systems, IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and CCTV surveillance in a manufacturing setup. Partner with vendors and departments to ensure high system uptime and smooth ERP adoption.

The role requires end-user support, ERP testing/training, and coordination across IT teams. Strong Windows/AD, networking, CCTV, and security skills are essential for this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE, E&C or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years in ERP support, ERP implementation, or IT Administration.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Hands-on CCTV installation/maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems: SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle ERP, Odoo, ERPNext, or Tally Prime.
• Strong Windows Administration, AD, hardware, networking, and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and backups.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERP implementation, support, testing, training, and user adoption.
• Provide first-level ERP troubleshooting and user support.
• Manage IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and software.
• Administer LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and surveillance infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, ERP, and network issues.
• Manage data backup, recovery, antivirus, endpoint security, and access controls.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, SOPs, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors, hardware suppliers, and service providers.
