Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Support & Systems Coordinator to manage ERP systems, IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and CCTV surveillance in a manufacturing setting.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE, ECE, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years ERP support or IT administration experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Hands-on CCTV installation and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle ERP, Odoo, ERPNext, or Tally Prime.
• Strong Windows administration, Active Directory, networking, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ERP implementation, support, testing, training, and user adoption.
• Provide first-level ERP troubleshooting and user support.
• Manage IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and software applications.
• Administer LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and surveillance infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, ERP, and network-related issues.
• Manage data backup, recovery, antivirus, endpoint security, and access controls.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, SOPs, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors, hardware suppliers, and service providers.
