Job summary

Samkwang India Electronic in Greater Noida area seeks an IT Executive / IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role covers network management, server administration, ERP support, system troubleshooting, and overall IT operations.

You will provide end-user support, manage LAN/WAN, handle DNS/DHCP, AD, NX systems, Veeam backups, CCTV, antivirus, and SQL database tasks, ensuring uptime and security across the business.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Graduate in IT or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Support / Networking.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, SQL, Networking, and Server Administration.
• Hands-on experience with switches, routers, firewalls, WLC, AD, DHCP, DNS, NX Systems, Veeam Backup, Antivirus tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and end-user support (hardware, software, printers).
• Manage LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewall systems.
• Handle ERP support including user access management and issue resolution.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), DHCP, and DNS.
• Manage NX (Network/Access Control System).
• Maintain CCTV systems and surveillance networks.
• Manage Veeam Backup (backup, restore, monitoring).
• Handle antivirus solutions (installation, updates, threat monitoring).
• Provide SQL database support (backup, report generation).
• Manage Wi-Fi infrastructure (wireless controllers and access points).
• Troubleshoot network, system, and connectivity issues.
