Job summary

Serikandi Oilfield Services is seeking a System Technician - ERP to provide technical support, maintenance, and operational assistance for the ERP system. You will serve as a key support resource to ensure system stability and smooth day-to-day operations.

You will handle first- and second-line ERP user support, monitor performance, assist in patches and upgrades, manage user access, and help with data validation and reporting while collaborating with the ERP team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 2-3 years of IT or ERP support experience.

Purpose of position:

• The System Technician - ERP is responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and operational assistance for the organizations ERP system. This role serves as a key support resource to the ERP team, ensuring system stability, efficient issue resolution, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line and second-line technical support to ERP users across departments
• - Troubleshoot ERP-related problems including system errors and performance issues
• - Monitor ERP system performance and availability
• - Assist in system maintenance such as patches, upgrades, and configurations
• - Collaborate with ERP Lead on issue management and improvements
• - Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions
• - Perform data validation and integrity checks
• - Support reporting and data extraction requirements
• - Coordinate with vendors and consultants
• - Maintain system documentation and SOPs
• - Provide user training and onboarding support
• - Assist in change management and system updates
• - Monitor logs, alerts, and audit reports
• - Support backup and recovery processes
• - Participate in IT audits and compliance activities- Identify opportunities for system and process improvements
• - Provide extended support during critical periods.
• -Handle bulk data uploads into ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in IT or related field
