Job summary

Chaosology is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Tamil Nadu to manage and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and software across staff and online classrooms.

The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on experience, a diploma or degree in CS/IT, and proficiency with Windows OS, LAN/Wi‑Fi, and basic hardware repairs. CompTIA A+, CCNA, or MCDST certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on technical support, desktop support, or system administration experience.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, LAN/Wi-Fi configuration, basic hardware repair, and active directory/software installations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve daily hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues for staff.
• Set up, configure, and deploy desktop computers, laptops, printers, routers, and peripheral gear.
• Manage user access, email accounts, system permissions, and software licensing.
• Monitor internet stability, perform routine system updates, and ensure operational cybersecurity.
• Provide technical assistance for online virtual classrooms and conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams).
• Maintain an organized inventory of technical assets and hardware equipment.
