Success Stories-HR Solutions is seeking an in-house IT Support Lead to manage the IT team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in Kolkata. You will handle desktops, laptops, printers, hardware, and networking issues, while providing in-house technical support to employees.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting across hardware, software, LAN/Wi‑Fi, and coordinating with vendors to minimize downtime. A hands-on leader with strong problem-solving skills is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to guide and supervise team members.

• Provide in-house technical support to employees and resolve day-to-day IT problems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN/Wi-Fi, printer and system-related issues.
• Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure smooth functioning of all systems.
• Guide and supervise team members in resolving technical issues.
• Maintain records of IT assets, systems, hardware and peripherals.
• Coordinate hardware installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure timely resolution of employee IT complaints and technical issues.
• Monitor system security, backups and basic network performance.
• Coordinate with external vendors/service providers whenever required.
• Ensure minimum downtime and smooth day-to-day IT operations.
• No regular outside/field work required; the role is primarily in-house.
