Job summary

Engineersmind Corp is seeking an IT Support Associate to assist end users with technical issues, manage OS deployments, and ensure seamless operation of Microsoft 365 tools. You will document requests, track progress, and escalate complex problems to senior staff.

The role involves maintaining IT asset records and coordinating with IT teammates to resolve escalated tickets, contributing to a robust and responsive IT environment.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in networking principles and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and fix both hardware and software issues.
• Working knowledge of IT asset tracking and inventory systems.

About the role:

• Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications across diverse platforms
• Establish and manage user accounts and access permissions
• Diagnose and repair hardware component failures and peripheral device malfunctions

What you'll work on:

• Supporting end users through technical problems and guiding them toward solutions
• Managing the complete lifecycle of IT assets from acquisition through disposal
• Performing routine system maintenance and updates to keep infrastructure running smoothly
• Coordinating with other IT team members to resolve escalated tickets

What we're looking for:
