Job summary

Quantbot in India is seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Associate to provide first-line technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and assist with user account management through Active Directory/Entra ID.

The role covers onboarding/offboarding support and basic Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

Qualifications

• Proficiency with basic Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• Experience with account and user management tasks is desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems.
