Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Executive in Kolkata. The role involves providing technical support via calls, chat and email, and assisting users with video files, uploads, downloads and digital evidence.

Remote assistance and meticulous documentation of issues are required. Freshers are welcome and prior IT support experience is not mandatory. Walk-in interviews will be conducted at Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata.
