Job summary

Saanvi Nexus is seeking a Technical Support Executive for our Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata office. This full-time role requires 1-2 years of experience in a voice process (BPO/Customer Support) with mandatory upselling or cross-selling experience and excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Immediate joiners are preferred; work mode is from office with interview mode Face-to-Face. Shift timing is 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, working days are Monday to Saturday, and the Sunday is a fixed
