Job summary

SydlerTech is seeking an IT Support Executive to maintain and troubleshoot IT systems at our Pune office. The role covers desktop, laptop, hardware, software support and user account management.

You will handle tickets, assist with Outlook/MS Office, network issues, and basic AD tasks, ensuring SLA adherence and secure, well‑documented IT operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in an office environment.
• Onsite Pune availability is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, laptop, hardware and software support.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, printer and network issues.
• Handle IT support tickets and resolve issues within SLA.
• Install and configure systems, software and IT peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, email access and basic Active Directory tasks.
• Provide basic LAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN connectivity support.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory and documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware/software issues.
• Follow IT security policies and keep systems updated.
