White Horse Manpower Consultancy in Pune is seeking a Level-1 IT Service Desk professional to provide first-line support via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues, and log incidents using ITSM tools.

Responsibilities include handling Windows 10/11, Office 365, Outlook, VPN, and Active Directory issues, with strong emphasis on customer service and clear communication in English. Experience in AD user management is a plus.
